Amante, is a wine born from the passion for our work together with the inspiration that has brought us to find new vinification methods.

Verona, the area of production of this wine, is well know all around the world as “the city of love". This appellation has been given to the city thanks to the English writer William Shakespeare which borrowed and led to fame the original writing of Mr. Luigi Da Porto, knight of the Serenissima. The story tells of two young guys which exchanged words of love, and love is the main ingredient to produce this wine. It represents the bond with the story of our territorry, a nectar harvested in the beautiful and evocative vineyards of the province of Verona, which we want to share with our customers in order to let them live these emotions.

Amante is the result of a research process which has brought to this unique product, which combines the two typical techniques of the great red wines of Verona, the “Appassimento” and the “Ripasso”, revisited and improved only thanks to the experience maturated during these years that makes this process exclusive Ca' del Sette.
