Appassionante
Red Wine Veneto I.G.T.
From the passion for the vine and from our historical and exclusive experience in the vine-growing has born this great line of wines which combines the typical techniques of the most famous red and white wines in Verona area.
Thanks to traditions handled down from generation to generation combined with the research of innovative production techniques, in 2015 we have created the line Appassionante in order to celebrate the Anniversary of 150 years in the vine-growing.
This passion, because this is where the word Appassionante comes from, is what has guided our family in this 5 generations and at the same time permits us today to let the name Ca' del Sette been known all around the world.
The wines of the line Appassionante found inspiration from the battles fought in our territory.
One of these wines is “SORIO 1848”, a red wine Veneto I.g.t. 13% vol. obtained by Ca' del Sette's exclusive experience, based on the late harvesting of the grapes left slightly drying on the vine and created in memory of the first war of the Italian Risorgimento, where Vicenza, an Austrian province, that since the 1815 was part of the Kingdom of Lombardy-Venetian, arose and fought with the weapons against the Austro-Hungarian army, winning it.
With this wine we want to celebrate the great love for our territory, just as these heroes have fought for their homeland, so we fight every day to maintain alive the traditions handed down from generation to generation.
